I’ve been to this location before and felt very comfortable and welcome. Today the provider was rushed (I was 4 mins late), didn’t introduce herself, did the treatment and left the room immediately (didn’t even raise the head of my bed, just left me laying there). It was one of the strangest interactions that I’ve ever had in a medical facility.
Absolutely incredible staff and facility. Clean and well maintained, I love this place and cannot sing its praises high enough.
Staff is amazing and professional! Have never had a bad experience at either location here in Lincoln :)
