Very uncooperative, I had a consultation at 12:30 on 10/29/25.......I arrived at 12:25 and it was closed for lunch....it is raining so I went to my car to make a phone call...I came back at 12:37 and they turned me down for being late!!!, and the manager said that it was the same for treatments...praised the Lord I did not give them my money, I think I saved myself a lot of bad moments with them
I love Milan! The staff is always kind, warm, and welcoming. I look forward to every session. It’s insane how fast the laser has done wonders for my facial hair. I just wrapped up with my third session, and I don’t feel the need to shave as consistently as I was before my treatment. Can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely the safest place for anyone looking to receive gender affirming care!
