The clinic is very clean and the staff are amazing and professional, but I have been going to get these treatments for over 2 years. At initial consutation, it was not highlighted that with natually blonde hair the laser does not always work and also that tan skin can not be lasered. As a distance runner, I certainly would not have signed up, if I knew about the tanning restrictions bc I am always outside and being naturally blonde, I wish they would have explained there was a chance it would not work for me.
