I've been getting treated at this Milan Laser Hair removal location for going on 2 years now, but this was my first time visiting this particular location and I can definitely say it's my favorite. Super spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated as well. I have to say this is ultimate customer service in a world where the customers are usually an afterthought I truly can say with confidence this was the absolute best service I received in my life. Very please with service at Mooresville Milan office. Administrator, clinician, and office staff are very professional in operations. I have been receiving treatments for 5 sessions and I am very pleased with my results. I recommend anyone to come in to the suite and have a consultation. The results are personally wonderful.. I'll never understand why I never considered this procedure before...I have only kudos for this office.
I recently completed my ninth treatment and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sasa and Kayla! If you are looking for a provider that you can trust and also get great results this is definitely the location for you! Sasa has the absolute best spirit and I genuinely look forward to my visits. She's an extremely thorough and attentive provider that will put you at ease and make the experience a breeze. Having waxed for years prior I wish I had done this sooner!
I have been to other Milan locations and this one is by far my favorite! Everyone there is so so kind and so helpful! I will always pick this location out of any other. They make the process super simple and painless. They are good about booking appointments and very responsive if you have to change an appointment!
