I knew, No one welcomes medical patients but she accepts a Medi-Cal. Also kindly doctor and staff
I visited Dr. Kim's office today to get vaccinated for my kid. Dr. Kim was very nice and friendly but, the office staff was so rude and doesn't know how to do her work at all! I was so frustrated by her attitude.
The most unprofessional doctor that I have run into. First, she is talking to a parent of a child needing medical help. She has no empathy, no concern to listen to the parent, very demeaning and rude in attitude, did not want to listen to the questions and concerns voiced by the parent, curt in response, and the list goes on. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she had a bad day? But her cold, offensive attitude just went too far this time.
