Without examining my eyes, Milan attempted to perform pre-op on the word of a physician's assistant. My PA gave me a referral to Milan. When I called to schedule eye exam, Milan set me up for pre surgery prep. What surgery?! My PA, who is not a real doctor, much less an opthalmologist, diagnosed me with cataracts in both eyes and Milan was ready to perform surgery on her word. I've found a more careful and thorough opthalmologist, as well as a real doctor.
I certainly enjoyed every aspect of my visit, from the beginning to the end. I was certainly impressed with the young lady who serve me during the initial examination. Thank you
I rate a 5 to entire visit. All my questions were answered by two staff members and new and meaningful other topics were presented to me. I was relieved to learn I only have a severe dry eye causing pain and was given medications to try to improve this. I have an appointment set for follow up. Much time was taken to give tests. No one rushed what needed to be done. Explanations were very clear. I would definitely recommend Milan Eye Center.
