I paid a $4,000 flat fee retainer, approx 3 hours of work was completed by Jeff's associate (Jeff was "supervising"). I asked for and never received an itemized accounting of time spent, they just kept all $4,000, even though we never went to court. My calls and emails weren't responded to until weeks later, after I called the receptionist to have them call me of course.
