Called asking for parts and got transferred to a different number. Once transferred, I was on hold for five minutes then someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back saying that I was looking for the Mazda parts I needed and then the same person I spoke to earlier hung up on me.
I highly do not recommend this dealership, as I made an appointment, 1pm, I arrived on time, but the manager told me that I need to leave the car for tomorrow because they do not have a chief specialist, although they told me when I made an appointment that they will not do it on the same day, it will take about 1 hour, I had to spend the whole day, I hope you will not have such an unpleasant experience with them!!!
