This has been a nightmare of an experience from the beginning , I’ve never had contact with Phillip Miliam only his assistant who isn’t helpful at all. They’ve had my settled check since February and didn’t even notify me the reason I knew was because they other insurance agency mailed me a letter only after I let her know I knew that have my settlement did she vaguely started to respond this company is trash I’ll never refer them to anyone better yet I’m reporting them to the BBB!!!
This is By far, my worst attorneys I’ve ever dealt with . The Law firm itself is a joke. He’s a one man show. very unknowledgeable. Mr. Milam is never available. He’s always sending Stephanie to do his work. She has no knowledge of anything .She send over emails. He never respond. I’ve been dealing with a case for a whole year And when they got the paymentt from Progressive in February it took them another five months to cash us out only to say that we should not go to litigations we should not this that any other. Disrespectful law firm… i spoked to two people when talking about a civil litigation case and was HUNG UP twice!! Very rude people i would give 0 stars if i could. By the way i’m a businessperson rated top 10% of google reviews. So my opinion is worth way more than a shady law firm… i will continue to search for lawyers on the internet and will keep reviewing lawyers… since yall like to scam and waste people’s time!!
