I have recently used Milam heating and air, They do have an answering machine which is useless after 5pm or weekends, but once I did get hold of some one they did respond and fix my home A/C , their prices are steep but the system now works and I am comfortable.

Just to let the person complaining about Ben Milam Heat/Air they do not advertise 24 hour service in the phone book. They do provide after hours service for their equipment customers and their Preventive Maintence customers. I do not think they even have an answering machine either. Now DeHart Air does advertise 24 hour service so maybe you have the wrong business?
They say 24 hr service..what a joke. Good luck getting ahold of them after hours for emergency service on nights, weekends, or holidays. They give you the automated message run-around on the phone. Leave a message and no one calls back, no matter how desperately you plead for someone to.They also dont guarantee their work and charge exorbitant rates. If they dont fix it right the first time and it goes down again a day or so later (pray to God it isnt on a wknd), prepare to have your checkbook ready.I will never use them aga... read more
