I had potato greens tasted a little like spinach. The turkey and chicken overly tender. Only real complaint is extra spice can’t be added. I tried the collard greens didn’t like that much will go back and try other menu items.
From the outside, it’s clear this location used to be a gas station and doesn’t seem as inviting as restaurants normally are, however, the quality of food they make is the best Liberian food I have been able to find in the cities. Cassava lead in red oil has never failed to satisfy me. It’s very flavorful, has a mild spice, and taste just like it did when I was in Liberia. It isn’t overly salty and isn’t overly cooked.
