I received a Christmas gift from my son. It was an 80 minute massage. When a female attendant wasn't available to do an 80 I opted for a 60 min one. I had a credit of $38. I was told that I was to use it on products then and there or I would lose the money. On the phone I was told my gc was a monetary amount. I emailed them about it and no response. I would not recommend this spa. I will not return either.
