Bought a brand new ice castle that ended up having a few issues. We live a fair distance away so trouble shooting over the phone was the first attempt... but it didn't work! Had to bring it back up there to get fixed not once but twice. Both, Kyle and Dan were great to work with especially with the "hiccups/issues" we have had and took very good care of us! The customer service is amazing and we would recommend you to anyone(as we already have😉)

Extremely over priced. I stopped in to get replacement leaf springs for my 6.5 by 14 ice castle and they wanted $100 a piece and I found the same thing elsewhere for under $45.
