I called them Monday and spoke with Dan and explained my awning light strip fried out. Still under warranty. He said he has one in stock and if I could bring it by and they would replace it. I asked him if they could just mail it I would just install it and he said yes. I received the new replacement yesterday and got it installed. Very happy with the quick service. Thank You!!!
