RecommendedI brought my dress home yesterday after alterations were complete and I cant say good enough things about mila bridal, the entire experience was amazing from beginning to end, they helped me find my dream dress and made it exactly what I wanted, Kai helped me and she was SO awesome, knew exactly what I wanted and helped me achieve it..thank you!

well today came in for a appointment to look at wedding gowns and I asked to use the restroom I was told no they didn't have any public ones. I said well I'm a customer looking at wedding dresses bridesmaids dresses and such and she said it didn't make any difference. I had a walk to the other end of the mall to find the restrooms. Being my first time trying on wedding dresses I was very nervous, but both Kai and her staff were more than wonderful. I felt so attended to and listened to. Jenna was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She used pleasant language when a dress was too small for my size 26 body. And she was very knowledgeable about the store's products and what could be done to bring my personality into a dress. My mother and aunt loved her as well. She was also amazing in getting me an appointment with hardly any wait time, even though I walked in without one (though I think is because another bride was late, so I would recommend scheduling the appointment).
