Very pleased with the painting job that Mil did on my house and shed. It’s a historic 115 year old house with all original wood windows and siding. It hadn’t been fully painted for 15-20 years so a lot of sanding and prep was needed. Mil used top brand primer and paints/stains (trust me, it makes a big difference). The price was reasonable for the amount of work involved. The owner, Mil, was on site himself most days which I like to see. I’d highly recommend Mil.

Had my deck stained. Came out outstanding very happy
I have 8+ year old deck that needed to be restained badly. And a small pool deck that was never stained after it was built. Milton and his guy did a great job restaining both decks. Came quick to give a very fair quote (2 others were a few hundred $$ more!), let me know which dates he was going to come to do the work and what kind of work doing that day. Very detail oriented, highly recommend!!
