When I got home to get dressed and put the jewelry on, the earrings broke immediately. I went back to the store to explain that they sold me broken jewelry, but instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue, the man at the counter basically told me “oh well” and said I should have tried them on before leaving the store.
