I recently had Orthognathic Surgery (Upper Jaw Surgery) and I was at lunch with my coworkers yesterday. I'm unable to chew food and am on a soup only diet for 6 weeks. I asked the server if he could accommodate me and blend the Ramen in a blender. The server, manager, and chef not only agreed to satisfy my unusual request, but it was also suggested they not blend the ginger (which is a garnish) with it, to avoid it overpowering the flavor. Great service! Great food!
Service was good, food was good. Orders came out quick and the fish was fresh.
