This has got to be one of the laziest Lawyers I have ever had the displeasure to have contact with. Be warned that if you decide to use him you will ultimately end up having to fix all the problems that he leaves behind. (Since 2004 he still has never cleared the insurance company with a simple letter) Leaving them to believe that the claim is still open or unsettled.
