TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE! I called trying to confirm a billing address while I was doing my job for the company that I work at and the male person who answered my phone call the first time he hung up on me. I called the second time and the same person answered again, he raised his voiced at me and I told him that there was no need to be rude, He said in a rudely tone of voice and in a negative way: "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS MA'AM, I AM IN A HURRY".
