Miko was such an amazing ally when it came time to sell a property that my family had owned for for 40 years. Given that I was out of state and not as familiar with the property and market, she was a guiding force in selling the property. When issues came up and it became necessary to implement fixes, she had resources who responded quickly and who I would never have been able to come up with. She stuck with it and is knowledgeable, responsive, understanding and absolutely fun to work with. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Miko was so helpful, and very willing to work around our busy work & overtime schedule. She would send us all info she had as soon as she had it, weather it was a weekday or weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor in this process, and hope I get to work with her again someday!
