Super unprofessional. I booked with a stylist who initially told me they couldn’t assist me due to the windy weather. I asked, if there was any other stylist available for the day given that I paid the deposit and really didn’t have another time available. Stylist said she could book me with another woman around 1pm. Great. Y’all at 12:53 I get a text saying the second stylist can’t assist me due to windy weather. I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a specific length, but the stylist cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing, and now, four months later, my hair still looks awful. I’m just waiting for it to grow out so I can go to a real professional. Definitely would not recommend it!
Brisa Valdez is an amazing artist and she transformed my hair. From consultation to spending time in her chair she made it a great experience. Prior to coming to her I had a bad experience at another salon and was not happy with the color choice I had made. We worked together to decide on what was best, but what was also feasible with my current hair and the picture I had sent to her.
