I spent 14 years looking for Dr. Miklius, with a rare and tricky diseases it was almost impossible to find someone who is like her, thank God I have her, she saved my life more than once where the hospital almost killed me. Literally she is a God send to my quality of life… and I saw the post below but through the portal I’m able to speak with her and her PA as quick as texting which was huge when I was in the hospital and the hospital refused to call her. I was still able to talk to her team fast.

She is an excellent doctor with a lot of knowledge. But is next to impossible to reach out to her or any one in the office ever. She prescribed a medicine and insurance kept reaching out for approval and she never did. I went to the office 3 times and ultimately it got approved. My medication is over and I have been calling the office almost every day for 2 weeks. No one picks up and no one responds or calls back. I am out of medication and very stressed out. I used to see Dr Mikleus for years until my condition stabilized. Fast forward a decade later and my issues have started up again. I reached out to her office to set up another appointment and her appointment staff was super rude in their tone and talk. Despite me being an established patient, they told me I’d have to start over as a new patient and she has no openings until the end of the year almost. The receptionist was agitated and disrespectful. I took my business somewhere else.
