Let go of the girls in the front office He hired a male receptionist who is Horrible! Dr Gendel attitude has changed a lot since this has happened I do not know what happened. It's a Drug office now
Cramped waiting room; crowded. My son waited over an hour to see the dr. for his first visit. Seems like they overbook.
I CAN'T EVEN! I've been going to Gendel, I can't even call him a doctor. He will NOT call in refills of my blood pressure medicine or Beta- Blocker which you can not stop taking cold turkey and this doesn't seem to phase him at all. It's blood pressure meds folks not pain pills. During the Covid 19 quarantine. He was making me and from what I heard others say, come in two to three times a week, you know that's all about the money. I have been a patient of this practice for nearly two months. I found it through an internet search after my former doctor of 15 years stopped taking insurance. The entire staff here at Dr. Gendel's practice are kind, respectful, and most importantly thorough and efficient. Brenda a d Diana are upfront. Dr Gendel has been my primary for several years and I will hopefully have him as my primary for several more. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and respectful physician that truly has gone above and beyond for me and many others. Thanks Doctor Gendel.
Terrible in everyday. There is a reason Russians have that attitude you will sense it when you sit with him. He does not know crap about suboxene but chose to push it for the money in it and u will know when u see the waiting room. staff is rude he also made a pass at my daughter and like is it sexual battery when its a licensed physician?

I have been a patient for over a year and definitely don't plan on switching my primary care physician anytime soon.everyone is very nice and respectful.im in and out in a timely manner and never have any problems.they are flexible and understanding, and will work with you to get you healthy and back on track.The Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and thouroughly discuss any necessary issues. i would definitely recommend Dr.Gendel to my friends and family.
Dr. Gendel has been my pcp for many years not. He provides reliable & personal medical treatment and care. I feel like I can be open and honest about my health and trust his medical opinions. Makes for a great doctor - patient relationships.
