The staff is not friendly at all. They are insufferable. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything and then they act as if they are doing you a favor, never a kind word. They all have chips on their shoulder. I can't understand how the clinic stays open with the way they treat their patients. Hasn't anyone else had this experience and mentioned it to the doctors? Would you let your business be represented by people who get this kind of a review? Think about it.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Unfortunately Dr Mikhael's practice Pain Management Associates, just treat you like a number. The office staff seems unhappy and have a very cold demeanor. Can not say much more for the doctors practicing at the office either. You are rushed in and the doctor spends about 3-4 minutes with you, then they move on to the next patient ( they are not caring at all...you are just a number to them). I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
