They are so sweet in here. My ring is nice n shiney now. Plus the puppy let me pet her ♡ 5 starz for furry greetings ♡♡♡
Fast and efficient service.
My mom brought her grandmothers ring here to get resized and the customer service was terrible. She lost one of her grandmothers diamonds from the ring and blamed my mom for it. She didn’t apologize and wanted her to pay extra to fix a mistake on the band that the owner made. Very unprofessional and degrading towards my mom.
Beautiful locally owned Bitterroot business. Great staff led by owners who contributed so much to the education of so many Hamilton high students by teaching us trades over the years.
