Old school You're online, you just need the manufacturer and model number. Type it in and someone somewhere has a list of the parts you're after.Unless it's a Panasonic microwave. I can't find the model let alone the part anywhere and Sears is still selling it. First parts place can't find it either. Turns out he was just going on-line and was looking on sears parts! Great company! Scott came within an hour of us calling (although he had been at a nearby job) and he fixed our refrigerator quickly. We didn't even lose the food that was in it. We went back and forth before calling a repair man and were about to just buy a new refrigerator, but we called and he was able to come and repair the problem for a fraction of the cost. Good business I just had a dryer motor fail over the weekend and upon calling around after some internet searches it was fortunate that I called Mike. He not only gave helpful advice but also was straight-forward and honest with laying out our options. His prices were the best locally but he did not have it in stock but could get it by next business day. honest & knowledgeable I have not needed appliance repair (yet). i thought i would, until the owner (mike) had taken the time to troubleshoot my info. i was saved some $. i was left feeling that this man is honest, knowledgable, & caring for his work. after a prior experience with info from another dealer, this man should be worth given a chance. test him, & try him for yourself!
