called for a malfunctioning washer but tech figured out it was a slow drain backing up. Recommended a liquid snake product which saved me a plumbing bill. Thanks!

I am a 'do it myself'' but when it comes to a refrigerator about all I know is how to stock it up or fill the ice trays. We have a contemporary Samsung side by side and hasnt been working right for some time....freezes the lettuce and coolish milk. Well, it gave it up last week and I called Mike. Patrick came and found a small humidity sensor was the problem. It is great to have it working right again. My wife and I appreciate the quick, thourough service and at a more than fair price. Old school You're online, you just need the manufacturer and model number. Type it in and someone somewhere has a list of the parts you're after.Unless it's a Panasonic microwave. I can't find the model let alone the part anywhere and Sears is still selling it. First parts place can't find it either. Turns out he was just going on-line and was looking on sears parts! What a GREAT business!!! The help I recieved to repair my appliance was clear and correct, and the parts were IN STOCK!!!! No more waiting 4-8 hours for a tech to show up and not be able to do the repairs, and at 3-5 times the cost.

Great company! Scott came within an hour of us calling (although he had been at a nearby job) and he fixed our refrigerator quickly. We didn't even lose the food that was in it. We went back and forth before calling a repair man and were about to just buy a new refrigerator, but we called and he was able to come and repair the problem for a fraction of the cost. I'm so glad we called! They guarantee their work for a month. For those looking for ballpark costs (as I was) we had a pretty major repair (he replaced a fan motor, ... read more
