Anyone at the office ... You have to go and talk to the guys inside their work station... very unsafe ... they ate amateurs ...
This is the place to go i have low profile tire for my c300 and i was in and out in 5 minutes $40 out the door usually these places see the mercedes emblem and they tax me a extra 30 dollars for a used tire its frustrating if im not mistaken the guy who helped me was JOSE or JOSUE you the MAN brother definitely my new tire place
I went to this highly recommended business half hour ago. I was disappointed that my tire was not replaced as I requested. I was told that the person who plugged my tire did a good job and it was not necessary to replace it. I asked several questions to which the tech advised me that my tire is good for a couple of months. His reaction troubled me deeply. I called ahead of time to see if they had a specific tire size in stock and to get a price check. Not even half an hour after speaking to the manager on the phone, I pull up and a mechanic tells me they don't have the tire in stock and the price I was told in person was $15 more than what they quoted over the phone. I asked to speak to the manager. He wouldn't even come outside nor come inside to speak to me. The worst piss poor customer service they could have provided. Service and great people to work with
My tire got shreddded this morning. I parked, Josua(im not sure if I spelt it correctly) immediately walked up to my vehicle, asked me how my day was, and was so nice. Gave me a nice used tire and charged me $30 plus tax. He saw I had two car seats and checked the rest of my tires for me and filled them with air. Thank you for being 100 percent awesome. Also. I was in and out of there in 20ish minutes!
top notch service. awesome customer service. addressed my problem quickly and got me in and out.
