Really great experience. Very transparent. I went in for service twice and the second time they really went above and beyond . I would come back again.
Had a wonderful experience at Mike's today getting a tire patch! They were able to fit me in right away and the the staff was super accommodating of my schedule for pickup. When it was time to get my car, they even parked it right outside the shop so I could drive off seamlessly. It was 30 bucks tax included when I paid with cash, the best price I could find in the city after calling multiple other shops. Super cute family owned shop.
Brought my car in for an oil change. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. It was done in an hour and price was reasonable. Will go back again.
Fair price for an oil change. Good communication and efficient. They also checked fluids, tire pressure, and breaks.
I have brought my 2005 Toyota Highlander here many times for various reasons. Each time they have been upfront with cost and then call with a more accurate quote when they can look at it in more detail. They have never up charged. Everything they recommend is needed. They use OEM parts and are quick. They tell you what may be needed in the future but don't try to force you. I would always take my car here for any reason.
