These really negative reviews just don't square with my own experience. Over the last dozen years or so, I have purchased a $500 trailer and three hitches from Mike. I discovered this site as a result of searching for his number to purchase yet another hitch. He just seems like a good guy. It's hard to imagine this same guy acting in any way consistent with what is described in the posts. If these posts are truthful, then perhaps we have a Jekyll/Hyde situation. Great service – Not sure what happenned with a couple of other customers, but I gotta tell you, I found Mike to be extremely professional and helpful. My wife and I went to his store to have the M & G brake system installed on our 2006 Jeep Wrangler that we tow behind our motorhome. Both Mike and his mechanic could not have been anymore helpful or professional. The work that was done was excellent. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Mike.
great place!!!!!!!! – mikes t-hitches is great specially the service by mike hes a nice man and guarantees on things trust me hes experienced with trailers and thingers associated with trailers its just thee other man that works there brett k a big ol' rugged lookin' feller he sits on the kumputaar next to mike idr (i dont reckon) what he does but hes vary rude to every customer that comes in so i would done darn go there and just warn yall to stay way frum brett. women should not go here! – "Mike" is a sad person, he talks to customers like they're his slaves. What makes some people so hateful and arrogant?! I was charged $100 just to see if my hitch was the right size, it took less than one minute! The owner talked SO hateful to me and I know he would not treat a man the same way or he would already be missing his front teeth.. ...I'll NEVER go back there again!
Great Service! – Mike is great! I took my Chevy Tahoe in to see Mike for a trailer hitch before taking my new boat to the lake. I shopped around first and found his prices to be close to or the same as others around the area. Before I left, he made sure I understood everything about the hich, wiring, and lighting before I took it out on the road. Highly recommended!
caution caution caution – STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner is literally SEVERELY mentally-ill and talks to ALL customers as if they are nothing. Why would someone ruin their own livelihood unless they're insane? Expect to be treated very shoddily here. We took our vehicle in to have a hitch installed and, at first, everything seemed fine.
