A+ Customer Rating. Mike and his technicians were very professional and highly recommended by a Douglas County, Georgia, RV business. They are distributors of (and are trained to install) the Air Force Braking System for tow vehicles behind Motorhome. Why did we need to go to Mike’s Hitches? A+ Rating Mike and his staff were very professional and successfully corrected our Air Force braking system, which had been installed incorrectly at the RV dealership, on our GMC SIERRA DENALI truck. We are so thankful, blessed that we can tow our truck safely behind our Tiffin Allegro Bus without burning up all four of its brake pads and calibers again. Dr. Hand Whitesburg, Georgia

This is Mike, in response to the bad reviews I am sorry to anyone whom I may have offended. However if you listen to some it appears that they may be mistaken or even be talking about someone other than me. Some of the things said are just not true. Also consider that no one can please everyone. If anyone feels that I or one of my employees has treated them wrong all you have to do is tell me and I will make it right. And no one has ever been asked to leave because of a tattoo. Thanks Mike

From , My personal experience, it's hard for me to believe that anyone could give Mike a negative rating! I am not a personal friend of the owner but he has always done PRO work on my Motor Home. As A Matter Of Fact I Will Be Visiting His Shop Tomorrow To Have Supplemental Brakes Installed on My 2014 Honda CRV and ASK Him for his Expert Advice. There's always a bunch of patrons in the waiting room so Mike can' t be as bad as these reviews. I'm giving Mike A 10 on my card. Go somewhere else and see how you're treated. Perhaps... read more

Mikes done 3 tings for me over about 5 years, on two trailers and one truck hitch. He knows his stuff, a little gruff at times, prices not great but the work has been spot-on. BUT - last two times I've been there the younger guy talks to me like I'm stupid. Instead of educating me about what I need or what he offers, he treats me like I'm an idiot. I called him on it this time - won't be back.

These really negative reviews just don't square with my own experience. Over the last dozen years or so, I have purchased a $500 trailer and three hitches from Mike. I discovered this site as a result of searching for his number to purchase yet another hitch. He just seems like a good guy. It's hard to imagine this same guy acting in any way consistent with what is described in the posts. If these posts are truthful, then perhaps we have a Jekyll/Hyde situation. Great service – Not sure what happenned with a couple of other customers, but I gotta tell you, I found Mike to be extremely professional and helpful. My wife and I went to his store to have the M & G brake system installed on our 2006 Jeep Wrangler that we tow behind our motorhome. Both Mike and his mechanic could not have been anymore helpful or professional. The work that was done was excellent. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Mike.
