dumb people writing reviews – you people that are complaining about Mike's Towing, why did you put 5 stars down? That means GREAT, you saw run, dont walk, and you thought that meant run away. You people dont seem to understand, if ANY tow company lets you in to see your vehicle without being paid, chances are that if it is not driveable, and you DO NOT have FULL coverage insurance, you would walk away from the whole thing after you get your stuff out of the vehicle. BEWARE!!!! MIKES TOWING SCAM!!!!! – Last night I was in a minor car accident in which required a tow. The accident took place on rand rd about 0.3 miles from Mikes Towing. The car was immediately brought back to Mikes Towing but after the receptionist business hours so I had to wait until the following morning to pick up my car. Excellent Service! – I recently went there as a walk in customer for their $15.95 oil change special. I had never been there before, so I did not know what to expect. What I got was excellent service in less than 30 minutes. The service manager came out and personally explained to me a few needs and recommendations for my car. There was NO pressure to buy anything that day, but I did come back the following week to have my brakes replaced. Again, they took care of my car perfectly. Read the reviews – These stories I read are oh so familiar with mechanics (towing outfits). I have a large landscaping bussiness and it is so hard to find a good honest mechanic.Sounds like the same old story with this guy.I will heed the warnings of the people who have been ripped off by this guy and move on. New manager is great!! – They have a new shop foreman and I couldn't be happier with their service! There have been a lot of changes there recently, and the new shop manager, John is great. Over the past year and a half, I've had several vehicle repairs done at Mike's and I'm very pleased with their quality and pricing. He's always given us competitive prices and he actually returns calls like he says he would! These guys are great!!
employee/or owner himself – Theirs nothing about this business that would surprise me! Like having a truck towed into their shop.Being told the motor was no good. They say they replace it. But some time later I find out the only thing they replaced was the flywheel. Then cleaned and painted the motor and replaced it back in the truck selling me my own motor! AVOID MIKES TOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!
