I woke up this morning to a flat. Called Mike's upon suggestion from friends. Will assisted me and was extremely friendly and helpful. In and out in 15 minutes with a used tire installed for a really good price. Will definitely be back. Thanks again, Will! �����

They plugged a tire (@ a great price!) that had a bad leak and didn't even try to sell me a new tire, I was sure to tip! Fast/friendly service, will use them in the future!! They do brakes too :)
My SUV was bouncing so I took it to Mikes tire. I wanted to get them balanced and rotated so he asked me why I wanted balanced. I told him back end was hopping so he asked me if it started after a certain speed and I told him no that it starts hopping as soon as it starts rolling. He then started taking my tires off and balancing them start in the front tires and the first one he didn't have to put any weight on it so I got charged for balancing a tier that didn't need balancing. Business response:
Sir if a service is performed, you will be charged for such even if it's one tire. We only perform services asked by the customer. Putting weights on is a seperate charge. So you were not charged for anything extra. We just balance the tire to find the issue. Upon findings, we suggest what needs fixed it's your choice if you want to do so.

Mike does an excellent job with his tires and he knows the tire business inside and out. He is a great person who really cares about his customers and always goes that extra mile to insure that you are always satisfied.
