CRACKED MY TAILLIGHT AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY TO FIX IT – I took my brand new Audi to Mike's Tint Shop to get the windows, headlights, & taillights tinted & the employee cracked/fractured my taillight. It is not cracked all the way through, it looks like a fracture from the pressure of either the heat gun that was used or the employee pressing the tint too hard onto the light.
