Very impressed with this clean, well appointed and efficient Apple authorized repair center. Before arriving I called to find out if a hard drive install on a 2010 MacBook Pro was possible. Polite and welcoming. In store, a similar scenario and in turn I was helped, spoken to with respect. The repair and price were very fair, quickly completed, and throughout I received emails and a call to let me know the ‘surgery’ had gone well. Definitely recommended service center.

This was my 2nd visit, and both times, the technician figured out the problem very quickly. The first time they fixed the problem very quickly, and for a reasonable price, and the second time they diagnosed that the keyboard was shot, and not repairable, as this is a VERY OLD MacBook pro. Besides being extremely competent, they are very kind. The technician recommended that i could simply use a wireless keyboard, and didn't need to replace the computer. They didn't even charge me for their time. I will go back there anytime ... read more

Apple caused a RAM problem in my laptop, admitted to it but refused to take responsibility for it, and then gave me a runaround. Mike's Tech Shop repaired it in minutes...for free. Kind and competent folks. While I remain an Apple user, I'll happily go to Mike's for my computing needs.

I strongly recommend this place. Awesome service and people. My phone was dead but had to fix in 2 hours for meeting schedule. But this people made it!
