Been going to Mike for over 16 years and will continue to use him for tax prep until he is no longer serving the community. Great, knowledgeable and helpful every single year. You will not be disappointed.
Will not return calls or emails after multiple attempts for my sick mother who trusted them to provide tax services. I've tried emailing, calling, and so has my mom. She was due to receive a partial refund via check for whatever reason and I'm unable to validate with them why this has occured. The IRS validation online does not match the records they provided preventing me from going through the automated service to further speak with someone.
