Five stars all the way. I came in looking for more than just a massage, I needed help with mobility and getting my body feeling aligned again, and Mike was amazing. I’ve had hip replacements and he had no problem working with the smaller muscles that really helped improve my range of motion. Mike’s Spartan Bodywork and Wellness…I have been looking for someone like you for a very long time. Mike is truly gifted. What an appropriate name too for what it is Mike does. He is clearly very well educated utilizing multiple different modalities to tap into the needs of my body and then be able to perform the necessary bodywork. I went to Mike on a friend’s recommendation for a stiff and painful shoulder. In one one-hour session he had my shoulder working better and less painful than it had been in 2 years. I’d highly recommend visiting Mike if you have a sudden or longterm nagging issue that know is impacting you and causing unnecessary pain.
