Mike almost immediately returned my call late Friday afternoon when my mower started billowing smoke midway through the yard. He was able to diagnose the problem just with a description over the phone and instruct me on how to remedy it myself immediately, which worked great, as well as preventing it in the future. Awesome, knowledgeable guy. I will be back to him for any future issues on my mowing equipment.
Snowblower in worse condition "after" service than when it was picked up. Takes two hands and a lot of force to change drive speed which was never a problem prior. Will find a different repair facility for future service/repairs or do it myself.

Fixed my mower within a week at a very reasonable rate! Pick up and drop off service also appreciated! Even cleaned it up before bringing it back. Would definitely recommend.
Mike picked up my ancient 10hp snow blower on the SATURDAY before Christmas (PLUS 4 days before a snow storm). He tuned it up, greased the drive, replaced the cables and scraper then delivered it to my driveway just two days after Christmas. (I'd be lying if I claimed it purrs like a kitten. Tecumsehs never purred. But it sounds relatively great!) Did I mention that Mike even PAINTED it??? This man is a rare gem.
