Mike is fair, thorough, and fast. Makes sure the work is done right and would recommend him for any 4-cycle engines.
Needs to update the distance he will go for pick up on website. He won’t go 15 miles let alone 25.
Mike almost immediately returned my call late Friday afternoon when my mower started billowing smoke midway through the yard. He was able to diagnose the problem just with a description over the phone and instruct me on how to remedy it myself immediately, which worked great, as well as preventing it in the future. Awesome, knowledgeable guy. I will be back to him for any future issues on my mowing equipment.
Snowblower in worse condition "after" service than when it was picked up. Takes two hands and a lot of force to change drive speed which was never a problem prior. Will find a different repair facility for future service/repairs or do it myself.
Owner is rude!!!
