Mike did not follow basic standards of care regarding power washing and staining my deck. He used too strong of a power washer that resulted in raising the grain on my formerly smooth wood surfaces. He didn't even know what kind of wood the deck was made of. The power washer embedded debris in my screens and siding and covered my windows in debris. He did nothing to protect my property - no drop cloths or siding, screen or window protection - and carelessly applied the stain so that stain spilled on my 3 year old concrete pa... read more
