Our tank was full and backing up. Mike went out of his way to get us done first thing, even though he had a lot on his plate today. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us how the system works, and gave us tips for the future. He made a sh*tty situation a wonderful experience. Thanks Mike!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Mike fit us in same day. He took the time to teach me a bit, which I really appreciate as a first time homeowner. He did an excellent job and is just a really nice guy. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Mike's septic service! He came out right away so I could get a plumber in to see why the pump isn't working. Mike is a very nice guy and explained and showed me what he was doing. He gave me all the paperwork and was reasonably priced, especially for an emergency.

Thank you Mike for coming out and pumping my tanks. Then noticed something still wasn’t right so I opened the basement door out side since our grinder pump is in our basement and seen a lot of water. Called mike back and he came right over and sucked the basement out for us. Don’t know what I would of done with out his help. I looked at the grinder pump alarm and it wasn’t plugged in. The guy that hooked up the grinder pump never plugged it in. If he would of the alarm would of went off and we would of never had this problem... read more
