In April 2017 we contracted w/Mike Somma of Mike's Roofing, formerly Best Value Roofing & Repairs. The project entailed a complete tear out, new TPO, new gutter/downspout, and cleaning/caulking of secondary roof term bars, gutters, and downspouts. Not only did it take months to get him out to our home, but the project went by fits and starts from July 29 to August 14. We were told this was a 3 day project.
