Tyler from Mike's Pool Service was exceptional. Not only did he fix my problem in under 20 minutes he addressed a couple of other issues and was incredibly knowledgeable for such a young man. One companies diagnoses was totally wrong and another company wouldn't even touch the issue. Tyler came in like a pro and fixed my issue with a smile on his face. I'd use them again any day.
The pool opened greener than grass, but they only added 2 little bags of shock for a 20x40 gunite pool, which did nothing. T he office said they would be back in a few days to vacuum, but after a week they never showed up and when I called them they denied ever saying they would power vac! An outright bald faced lie.This, after spending $3600.0 on a custom loop-lok cover last year. They are unreliable and their work is grossly unprofessional.
This company installed my loop lock cover. I decided to give them a chance maintaining my pool this season. I had issues with the pool company that I had used in the past. The owner Mike is always on point. The guy that was at my house today, Tyler, really went above and beyond explaining how things work and showing me things that no other pool company has ever showed me before.
