Hired Mike's Plumbing with confidence (due to the reviews online) in 2023 to fix a 2nd floor shower drain which was leaking and needed replacement. However, 2 years later there is water leaking from that same spot. We've not had any other plumbers to come work on that area and was told I would be charged as a new customer and it would be over $600 for a plumber to come and fix it AGAIN. Alec and Thomas came to help with two leaky faucets and replace old FlowTite valves. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain unexpected issues clearly and calmly. Their work was excellent, and we’re very pleased with the service. A big shout-out as well to Tyler, who answered my call and patiently addressed some initial questions—his reassurance set the tone for a great experience. We’ve definitely found our go-to plumbing company!

I was working with a competitor, “The Plumbing Physician” (who did great work). They recommended Mike’s Plumbing for a plumbing scope because they’d do it at the cheapest rate $260. They did not tell me that Mike’s Plumbing would not send me the video. I called on four occasions, each time Mike’s Plumbing promised to send the scope.
