Had a great experience with Mike's plumbing. The tenant reported that they left the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. Great work!
I was working with a competitor, “The Plumbing Physician” (who did great work). They recommended Mike’s Plumbing for a plumbing scope because they’d do it at the cheapest rate $260. They did not tell me that Mike’s Plumbing would not send me the video. I called on four occasions, each time Mike’s Plumbing promised to send the scope. Mike and his team were quick to respond to me and my clients needs. They were efficient and thorough. They listened and got the job done in under 24 hours. Highly recommend.
I called Mike’s Plumbing about a clogged garbage disposal. On the phone I was asked a few questions. Two men arrived and used a small metal crank to insert in the disposal and gave it a twist to dislodge the blockage. It took a minute. I was not told on the phone that I could have done this. Instead I was charged $314.00!
I had a common problem with a clogged sink, and another company couldn't fix it, trying to charge me double. Mike's plumbing came in, fixed the issue, and had some great suggestions for a few other matters my house has. I'll definitely call them again! Nice guys, super friendly, and arrived on time. They were also nice to my giant pup; can't beat that!
