Alec and Thomas came to help with two leaky faucets and replace old FlowTite valves. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain unexpected issues clearly and calmly. Their work was excellent, and we’re very pleased with the service. A big shout-out as well to Tyler, who answered my call and patiently addressed some initial questions—his reassurance set the tone for a great experience. We’ve definitely found our go-to plumbing company!

I was working with a competitor, “The Plumbing Physician” (who did great work). They recommended Mike’s Plumbing for a plumbing scope because they’d do it at the cheapest rate $260. They did not tell me that Mike’s Plumbing would not send me the video. I called on four occasions, each time Mike’s Plumbing promised to send the scope. On the third call, I verified my email and account with them. They told me Kaitlyn (who was out at the time) is the person who assists with this. I called Mike’s Plumbing about a clogged garbage disposal. On the phone I was asked a few questions. Two men arrived and used a small metal crank to insert in the disposal and gave it a twist to dislodge the blockage. It took a minute. I was not told on the phone that I could have done this. Instead I was charged $314.00!
