I paid $550 for an alignment and camber adjustment kit. I had to go back a second time because it went out of alignment again shortly after. It was a battle to retrieve my car since the rear brakes were bad and they attempted to hold the car unless it was towed or fixed. They ended up driving it to my place. In the end it worked out, but I didn't have the best experience. I will say they did offer to not charge me after the brake confrontation, but I paid since it's only fair to pay for the work done.
Awful customer service. I left my vehicle for a tune-up. When I returned, the bill was more than $2,000. I told them that I hadn't authorized that amount of money. My husband was in hospice & my emotions prevented me from arguing. Mike told me that they tried to call me. There was no evidence of a call.
