A few years ago I pulled in just before closing with a weird noise coming from under the hood. The staff was genuinely interested in helping even though he was closing up, turns out my serpentine belt was unraveling. I left my ride there and was offered a ride home and later a ride back to retrieve my vehicle. Service was helpful, fast and affordable. They made a stressful situation so easy and manageable. Great business ran by great people. Keep it up guys!

They provided the best service in a timely fashion with excellent documentation for future service suggestions. Service was completed in uniquely timely fashion. So fortunate to have Mike's available in Washington.
One of the most reputable shops I’ve ever taken my car too. I ultimately had to take my car to the dealership but they were honest about the repair and Mike kept in contact with me throughout trying to get an engine replacement. They go above and beyond on service. I won’t take my vehicles to anyone else!!
