Mike will give you an individualized program every three months designed to guarantee progress if you put in the time and effort. He will work around injuries and is there to answer all your questions. He is not going to be holding for hand though. He has trained couch potatoes to world class lifters to he can pretty much eyeball what you are capable of and will design something that will give you results if you put in the time without any risk of setback injuries.
I been going here for 10 years, and mike has helped me tremendously! He cares a lot about important details! You will reach your goals in a safe way here!
Came in to learn different techniques I could use to stay in shape after being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer. Was given the cold shoulder, with the attitude as if I would not fit in. I'm not one to write negative reviews ever but customer beware.
