I needed to service my mower, I found Mike's online. I took on Friday 12:45, the employee was AWSOME! sold me on a $10 48 hr. guarantee. Hadn't heard back from Mike's, I made a call at 12:04 Tuesday, they said should be done in a couple of hours and at 4:04 I got the call, it's done. I picked up the next day and was being helped by Mike. He ran off the charges including the express charge.
