I needed to service my mower, I found Mike's online. I took on Friday 12:45, the employee was AWSOME! sold me on a $10 48 hr. guarantee. Hadn't heard back from Mike's, I made a call at 12:04 Tuesday, they said should be done in a couple of hours and at 4:04 I got the call, it's done. I picked up the next day and was being helped by Mike. He ran off the charges including the express charge. RecommendedMy old lawn mower was on it's last leg, needed a lot of work (tune-up. drive wheels, blade and carburetor overhaul). I took it in and was quoted nearly $200 to get up and going again. I asked if they had a good used one for around that price. Joel showed me a barely used self-propelled Craftsman they were asking $225. for. Great service and expertise. He interupted his project to treat me well and solve my issue. I got my carb rebuilt before my eyes. Snowblower started on the first pull. No BS! AWESOME!!! I was out in about 10 minutes and will be back.

My boyfriend came in there today and purchased a chainsaw. At first, you were asking $125 but after having some trouble getting it started you sold it to us for $100. My boyfriend got about 20ft on some bushes and the entire engine seized up. I get that we aren't buying new, but its completely disappointing to not even get an hours worth of work out of it. Still has the same gas in it that it was sold with. Not happy. sure would be nice to have someone make this right.
