If you need work done on your unit DO NOT call these people. I tried to get my reefer unit fixed while I was on my 10 hour break filled out their request form talked to 2 different people and no one ever showed up nor called me back to let me know they weren’t going to come out. I think all it needed was a new belt maybe a pulley due to a squeaking noise usually needs a belt. Please do yourself a favor and call someone reliable and who wants to come out to fix your problem!!!
