I was a client with 3 dogs until today. I had to leave voicemails (plural) asking for an appointment for a dog in extreme pain and no one called me back. When I called a 5th time and someone finally answered, I was told Dr Mike is scheduling two weeks out, sorry. Whoever does the scheduling (Ellie?)is NOT doing the business any favors. I won’t be back. Thank goodness County Animal Hospital doesn’t treat clients that way. I was able to get my fur baby xrays and meds TODAY.

I called to ask if they would be able to do a puppy exam while performing $10 microchips near me. They were very friendly over the phone and answered all of my questions. When the event came around they remembered my phone call and had everything ready for us. They were very friendly and listened to all of my questions about my pup. They made the process quick and painless. I look forward to using them again for his next set of puppy shots.
Great experience for my cats - both who get nervous leaving the house and one being 15 lbs this was a tremendous relief to have their yearly exam as stress free as possible in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced as well. Will consider using their services again for my other cats.
Best experience with a vet ever! Mike and Jim were great! My 16 year old yorkie poo was not nervous at all (she is typically a mess when we take her to the vet). Lilly, our lab/collie mix thought she was getting to go for a ride. Our cat Tom was not a fan but he did well too. I highly recommend them. They are definitely our regular vet from now on!
