I got into an accident and ruined my right front tire, tye rod, swaybar, and lower control arm. There I was stranded and about to be towed from Walmart. Frantic and upset I called Mike, and he was understanding, informed and willing to explain the issue in a way that made sense to me. And came out as soon as he could, was fast and efficient, and very customer focused. Had our starter go out in fort Meyer's we are from Indiana. We werr stuck at a rest stop. We tried 3 other mechanics, mike answered his phone amd gave us a 2 hr eta. He got to us with our new part already in hand,had it fixed and back on the road in under an hr. If we are ever in the area and need assistance again, we know who to call. He was very polite,knowledgeable and friendly.
