Great experience. Needed a new mattress for my father. Ordered at 12:30 PM, delivered and set up by 2:00 PM. Can't ask for better service than that. Andrew was great to deal with. 10/10.
We were in need of a bed. The whole set up. I was driving by Mike's mattress at 5:00 PM and pulled in to see if they could help. It was an amazing experience. Tim, our sales associate was phenomenal. Listen carefully to what we needed and shared with us exactly what they had that would fit our needs. True. customer service. Not only did they have what I needed in stock. Let that sink in, "in stock." They are able to accommodate my delivery request 24 hours from now and have it delivered and installed. Wow. Customer service. ... read more
Andrew was exceptional today. He was knowledgeable about the product and availability of what i needed. He was very nice and patient. He listened to me explain why I needed the adjustable frame same day. After telling him about my Mom breaking her neck in March and the hospital back then not doing a neck scan and her then walking around for months with a dislocated neck and her spinal cord being in jeapordy.....and her getting out of hospital today and me realizing she would really need an adjustable bed at home....then I a... read more

My wife and I were told about a store locally that provided good service. We went to Mike's Mattress a few times before we purchased. Everyone has always been friendly, and extremely helpful. From the men who delivered the beds, to the men in the store(Kenny,Andrew, and Tim especially), we could tell that they would do whatever they could to help us be satisfied with our purchases. We have purchased 3 different beds there now. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bed.
