We had a great experience at Mike's Mattress. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable. We got a mattress me and my wife loved for a good price within our budget. But the biggest positive from Mike's Mattress was that Tim respected our time. Once we selected the mattress, the rest of the process took under 5 minutes. I purchased a Kings Simmons Beaytyrest Harmony Lux Hybrid Express Firm Mattress for $2299 and twin Foundation $400 plus tax. The mattress was defective and the manager at the time said he would replace or refund. He said if there were further issues he would refund my purchase. I contacted the store and the replacement which was a lower grade Kings Simmons Beaytyrest Harmony Lux Hybrid Ocean View Island Firm Mattress ($2199) and I wasn't aware of the lower grade was delivered.
