Andrew was exceptional today. He was knowledgeable about the product and availability of what i needed. He was very nice and patient. He listened to me explain why I needed the adjustable frame same day. After telling him about my Mom breaking her neck in March and the hospital back then not doing a neck scan and her then walking around for months with a dislocated neck and her spinal cord being in jeapordy.....and her getting out of hospital today and me realizing she would really need an adjustable bed at home....then I a... read more
My wife and I were told about a store locally that provided good service. We went to Mike's Mattress a few times before we purchased. Everyone has always been friendly, and extremely helpful. From the men who delivered the beds, to the men in the store(Kenny,Andrew, and Tim especially), we could tell that they would do whatever they could to help us be satisfied with our purchases. We have purchased 3 different beds there now. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bed.
I purchased a mattress from Mike’s mattress because of all of their rave reviews and the recommendation of a friend. The mattress is wonderfully comfortable. However, I did not want a boxspring and asked for just a platform. The salesman showed me the platform and I asked if the mattress would slide on it. He assured me it would not. In the last two months that’s all I have done. I need to totally remake my bed every single day because the sheets do not stay in place either. My daughter raves about this company. Now that I have purchased from them I am in complete agreement with her. They stand behind everything they sell. And the staff is incredible from the delivery guys to the sales guy. I especially want to mention Kenny. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. Just saying the best in the area doesn't seem to be enough. More companies need to follow their lead. As you know by now I highly recommend Mike's Mattress as a truly outstanding place of business.
