Extremely Happy With Mike and his crew. He went over and above our expectations, very prompt and courteous, really helped us out by coming to our place, servicing our Outboard and finding us a quality Aluminum trailer for our boat. Even Went the extra mile with swapping out the new trailer with our old one when we were unavailable to do that! Very fair prices and exceptional/ responsive service! Highly recommend Mike and Brad for any service you need! Thank you guys!!
I will start with his customer service as it was excellent. Mike went above and beyond to get the job done as always from the start of the phone call to the end of the job. The task at hand was a leaf spring suspension replacement on a double axle boat trailer. The fact that his service is Mobile. It makes it completely efficient, convenient and cost friendly. Mike was unbelievable..I called needing a part for my Suzuki outboard..He was on his way to get parts for another job..picked up my part as well and delivered it to me on his way back in Estero.. He is all about taking care of customers.. Very thankful..
Mike is an extremely knowledgeable and responsive marine mechanic. He went way above and beyond to get my boat running and back on the water. He even followed up after the repair and after I had the boat on the water to make sure everything was great! I highly recommend Mike to anyone needing an excellent marine mechanic! He is the best!!!
